Following a work-related injury while shooting a film, Jad entered physical therapy and it changed her life where she found enthusiasm and fascination with achieving health after a physical injury. Jad left her decades-long entertainment career to pivot to personal training.

Ori has always loved fitness since participating in the Bronx community 5ks at 10 years old. Ori has experience from cross country and also in weight lifting as he has grown, his passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals has only grown. He is a cross country runner turned weightlifter, who trains mainly for strength now. Ori is passionate about helping people feel better about themselves and their fitness.
