Guide teens ages 14–18 as they design and lead community service projects. This is part mentor, part project manager, part cheerleader—helping youth turn ideas into action.
- You will learn: Youth engagement, project management, conflict resolution, group facilitation
- Qualities: Patient, encouraging, creative, confident in setting boundaries, strong communicator
- Commitment: Sundays 7:00 AM–3:00 PM + 4 flexible hours/week
- Impact: Empower youth to serve and lead; over 80 teens have participated annually in past years.
