He served as a member of Israel’s negotiation teams in the Israeli-Syrian and Israeli-Palestinian negotiations and as Israeli Ambassador to the United Kingdom. He also served as Director of Strategy and Planning of the Yad Hanadiv (Rothschild) foundation.
