Join us for our Krav Maga Fundamentals demo class, put on by Chai Defense on February 13, 2025
Chai Defense aims to provide the Jewish community with the tools to protect themselves, their families and community by teaching combat Krav Maga, situational awareness and de-escalation techniques. Instructor, Barak Solomon, is a former IDF counter terrorist unit, also an appointed Krav Maga, fighting tactics and shooting instructor at the Israeli Parliament and Courthouse. Barak is a senior instructor under one of the highest ranked Krav Maga instructors in the world, Master Eyal Yanilov.
This class will better equip you with the knowledge and skills to:
Develop Situational Awareness: Learn how to identify potential threats and avoid dangerous situations. Master De-escalation Techniques: Discover methods to diffuse tension and minimize conflict. Gain Self-Defense Basics: Practice practical skills to protect yourself if necessary.
This demonstration class is free, but you must register.
