- Position available for a part time Lifeguard: Must have the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training (or equivalent), First Aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED and Oxygen Administration a plus. Must be 16 years or older, experience preferred, references available upon request.

-  Part-time driver: Patient person with a good driving record to drive a 12-person handicapped-accessible van around extended Riverdale area to bring senior citizens to the Y and return them to their homes in the afternoon. Hours: 7:30 am to 10:30, and 12:45 to 3:30 pm. Days:  Friday and two or three other days per week. Additional hours and/or days may be available. Please call Helen at 718/548-8200, 225.

Special Needs Coordinator:
The Riverdale YM-YWHA is seeking a full-time Special Needs Coordinator to be responsible for developing a special needs/inclusion program serving our members enrolled in children's programs as well as community partnerships. Candidates should have at least 7 years' experience in special needs program development, service delivery, staff training and community partnership building. Excellent writing and oral presentation skills and computer expertise are required. Academically, they must possess a graduate degree in one of the following disciplines: social work, clinical psychology or special education. Resumes should be submitted by COB May 8. Salary is competitive
